Having worked for many years as a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer at Jones Day, I saw at first hand many of the frustrations inherent in the recruitment process. I have set-up Pereira Search to rectify them. Which means the business is built on three very simple promises:

constructive and candid.

3. We will never charge a Law Firm for our time, only for
a successful placement.
